Congratulations to Hilary Ratcliffe
and Anusha Santhirasthipam on their international programme appointments!  SI received a number of strong applications
for the advertised posts of International Programme Director and International
Assistant Programme Director.  We can now announce that Hilary Ratcliffe has
been appointed as International Programme Director and Anusha Santhirasthipam
as International Assistant Programme Director.

Both Hilary and Anusha have
substantial experience at SI level: Hilary currently serves SI as SIGBI
Federation Programme Director and Anusha is SISWP’s representative on the
Constitution & Resolutions Committee. With their considerable individual
strengths and complementary skills, we are confident that they will forge a
highly successful partnership to promote and develop SI’s programme
work in the forthcoming biennium. In doing so, they will have the
opportunity to build upon the significant progress that has already been
achieved by Dawn Marie Lemonds and Margaret Cook, our current International
Programme Director and International Assistant Programme Director, over the last
quadrennium.

For Soroptimists attending the SI Convention
in Montréal in July, we are tentatively scheduling two one-hour sessions with
Hilary and Anusha so that you can meet them, ask questions, and share your
wishes and thoughts on SI’s International Programme work.
