Dear Soroptimists
Soroptimist International is planning to design and procure a new website. Many of you visit our website to find information, read blogs from our UN Representatives, discover news of projects from our Appeals and Foundation and of course to learn more about events like CSW and SI’s Quadrennial Convention.
As visitors to our current website, your views our important to us and will provide vital feedback helping to inform the structure, navigation and content of our new site. If you wish to share your views, please complete our survey which can be accessed by clicking on this link.
The collated data will inform the brief we present to prospective agencies who will work with us to create the new website. We welcome everyone’s views and hope you will help us with this.
We are currently looking for agencies to create the new website and are seeking Expressions of Interest from providers, supported by examples of work for similar organisations and testimonies. Please see below for further specific information on how to submit an Expression of Interest.

Invitation to submit an Expression of Interest
Soroptimist International (SI) is planning to design and launch a new website in 2024. We are inviting Soroptimists and other providers who are interested and have suitable experience to submit an Expression of Interest.
The Expression of Interest should include:
- At least one example of work undertaken for a similar organisation, to design and develop a website.
- A statement on how you would help us to meet accessibility guidelines, curate our content and better manage our SEO.
- Evidence of how you have addressed challenges for previous clients and the outcomes achieved for them.
- Information on the Content Management System (CMS) that you provide.
- Details of your ongoing support package.
- Estimated timetable for delivery
- A list of what you would need from us should we invite you to tender for this work.
At least one example of work undertaken for a similar organisation, to design and develop a new site, formatted as the problem you were asked to solve, the work you undertook, and the end result. Please include link(s) to the site(s) and received testimony for your work. Please also include an indicative timetable for delivery and what you will need from SI should you be invited to tender for this work.
Expressions of Interest must be received by 30 April 2024, they must be marked ‘Expression of Interest SI Website’ and emailed to HQ@soroptimistinternational.org
