The Program includes: a Conference about “Preventing and Combating
– Violence against Women and Domestic Violence”; the Charter with Gala
Dinner in a XIV Century Monastery; a Piano Recital; Lisbon and surrounding
sightseeing, as well as nice surprises, all between the dates from
16th till 18th November 2012.
We kindly request your co-operation for
helping us to spread the news by telling your Club
Members.

Procedure:
Inscriptions must be made till 5th November 2012,
Monday:
a) Registering
yourselves and your guests, by sending to the email lenia.lopes.lawyers@sapo.pt
the annexed registration form, duly filled (annex 2 above mentioned), plus the
copy of the Bank transference.
b) Registering
yourselves and your guests directly with one of the Hotels we suggest in the
annex 3, or with any other Hotel of your preference, and sending us the
information of the Hotel where you have booked yourselves by filling up and
emailing us annex 3. Please be
aware that Hotels are reserved and paid directly by each
participant.
